About this painting:

As I drive around Northern Maine I’m always amazed at the beautiful skies. The clouds are always shifting colors and changing shape throughout the day. The late day pink hues are amazing and is what inspired this painting. The geometrical barns and buildings offset by the fluffy clouds creates the most artistic atmosphere. As I travel the country I’ve been inspired by other great countrysides as well, like Tennessee, Quebec, Texas and more. They all have their own unique flavor.
