1. Go to the Lost Password page: Click Here
2. Enter the username or email address associated with your account and click Reset Password
3. You will receive an email verifying that you wish to reset your password. Click the link in the email.
4. Enter your new password the same way twice, and click Save.

If you're having trouble completing the above steps, please fill out the form below, and I will reset your password for you.

In the box below, please list any lessons that you have purchased on the old website but that do not show up in the My Painting Lessons page on the new website.

List one lesson per line. If you don't remember the exact name of the lesson, please visit the store and make note of the lesson's name. The more precise you can be, the better.

The information you provide will allow us to correct any issues with the automated process that is used to transfer the orders on the old site to the new site. Once these corrections are made, your missing lessons will be restored.
